Man: Sure, Sarah. What's on your mind?
Woman: Well, I've got the module on new software updates and the compliance review. I was thinking we should probably allocate about an hour for each.
Man: That sounds reasonable. What about the presentation on the updated fire drill schedule? We need to make sure everyone is aware of the new procedures.
Woman: Right. I factored that in. It's scheduled for right after lunch, probably 30 minutes. We should also include a Q&A segment.
Man: Perfect. So, software updates, compliance, and the fire drill schedule. Anything else?
Woman: Just a brief introduction and wrap-up, roughly 15 minutes total. Does that cover everything you think?
Man: Yes, that looks comprehensive. I'll send out the final invite with this agenda attached by the end of the day.
