TOEIC Listening Part 3 — Bacaan

Man: Hi Sarah, I wanted to discuss the upcoming team reorganization. We need to make some adjustments to better align with our project goals.
Woman: Oh, really? What kind of adjustments are you thinking of?
Man: Well, based on the feedback from the last quarter and the new project requirements, I think we should consider reallocating some members. For instance, maybe move David from marketing to the development team, given his coding skills.
Woman: That's an interesting idea. David has always been interested in development, and his analytical skills could be a great asset there. What about Anna?
Man: Anna has shown great initiative in client relations. I was thinking she could take a more central role in managing our key accounts, perhaps even leading the preparations for the launch event of the regional farmers market opening.
Woman: That sounds like a good fit for her. She's very personable and good at building rapport. So, the goal is to leverage individual strengths more effectively?
Man: Exactly. And to foster better collaboration between departments. We'll finalize the details by the end of the week.
