Man: Hi Sarah, do you have a moment? I wanted to discuss the upcoming office relocation.
Woman: Oh, absolutely, Mark. I’ve been meaning to ask you about the timeline. When are we expecting the move?
Man: We're aiming for the first weekend of next month, provided everything goes according to plan. I've been coordinating with the moving company and ensuring all necessary utilities are set up at the new site.
Woman: That sounds efficient. Have you finalized the plan for setting up the workstations in the new space? And what about the conference room booking system? We need to make sure that's ready from day one.
Man: Yes, the workstation layout is confirmed, and IT is handling the network setup. Regarding the conference rooms, we’re implementing a new online booking platform. I've sent you the details separately. Please review it and let me know if you have any feedback before we launch it next week.
Woman: Great, I’ll look that over this afternoon. I'm also concerned about minimizing disruption to ongoing projects during the move. Can we schedule a brief meeting with the team leads to go over the logistics?
Man: That’s a proactive approach, Sarah. I agree. Let’s set up that meeting for Thursday morning. I'll send out the invites.
