Woman: Hello, I'm calling about order number 7892. I received the product yesterday, but it's not working correctly.
Man: Oh, I'm very sorry to hear that. Can you describe the problem?
Woman: The screen keeps flickering, and it makes a strange buzzing noise.
Man: I see. We can arrange for a replacement or a repair. Which would you prefer?
Woman: A replacement would be best. I need it for a presentation next week.
Man: Okay, I've put in the request for a replacement. It should arrive within three business days. I'll also send you a prepaid shipping label to return the faulty unit. By the way, did you manage to book the conference room for the marketing meeting next Tuesday?
Woman: Not yet. I'll try to do that this afternoon after I sort this out.
Man: Alright. Let me know if you need help with the room booking.
