Good morning, everyone. This is your morning weather update for Tuesday, October 26th. We're tracking a significant weather system moving into the region overnight. Expect heavy rainfall starting around 10 PM, continuing through Wednesday morning. Accumulations could reach up to three inches, leading to potential flash flooding in low-lying areas. Winds will also pick up considerably, gusting up to 40 miles per hour from the northeast. Due to these conditions, we're advising caution for all commuters tomorrow morning, particularly those traveling on coastal routes and elevated roadways. Visibility may be significantly reduced. We also want to remind everyone participating in our new employee training program that some outdoor activities scheduled for tomorrow may need to be rescheduled.
