Man: Hi Sarah, this is Mark from IT. I received your support ticket regarding your computer.
Woman: Oh, hi Mark. Yes, it's been really frustrating. My internet connection keeps dropping, and I can barely access any shared drives. It's making it almost impossible to get anything done, especially with all the recent company merger news we need to disseminate.
Man: I understand. That sounds like a network issue. Have you tried restarting your router and computer?
Woman: Yes, I've done that several times, but it only helps for a few minutes before it disconnects again. I suspect it might be something larger, perhaps related to the network infrastructure upgrade they mentioned last week in light of the merger.
Man: That's a possibility. We've had a few similar reports. I'll need to come over and run some diagnostics on your workstation and the network port. Can I come by your desk in, say, 15 minutes?
Woman: That would be wonderful, Mark. Thank you. I'll be here, trying to make some progress on these merger-related documents despite the technical difficulties.
