Man: Okay everyone, thanks for gathering today. Let's talk about the city park renovation project. Sarah, can you start us off with the overall schedule?
Woman 1 (Sarah): Sure. We've outlined a three-phase approach. Phase one, site assessment and initial cleanup, should take about two weeks. Then phase two, actual construction and planting, is estimated for six weeks. Phase three, final touches and opening, will be another two weeks.
Man: That sounds like a reasonable timeframe. What about potential delays? Any major concerns?
Woman 1 (Sarah): Well, the biggest unknown is the weather, especially during the planting phase. Also, we need to coordinate closely with the city council regarding the parking lot maintenance. They handle that, and we need to ensure it's done before we start major landscaping, so it doesn't disrupt access.
Man: Good point. We don't want visitors complaining before we even open. Let's make sure that parking lot maintenance is scheduled at least a week before phase two begins. What’s the budget looking like?
Woman 2 (Maria): The initial budget seems okay, but the cost for new benches and lighting fixtures is a bit higher than anticipated. We might need to look at alternative suppliers or perhaps slightly reduce the scope in phase three if necessary.
