Man 1: Sure, Sarah. What's on your mind? I thought we still had a few weeks before we needed to finalize things.
Woman 1: Well, the venue confirmed their availability for December 15th. But we need to send out invitations soon. I was thinking we could mention the success of the recent website redesign project in the announcement to boost morale.
Man 1: That’s a good idea. People worked really hard on that. So, December 15th works. What about the entertainment? Did catering send over the menu options yet?
Woman 2: Actually, I just got off the phone with catering. They sent the menus. I’ve also been looking into a DJ. There’s one who specializes in corporate events.
Man 1: Great, thanks for handling that. Let's review the menu and the DJ options after we confirm the guest list.
