Man: Sure, Sarah. What’s on your mind?
Woman: I’m a bit worried about the IT equipment transition. Have we confirmed the setup with the new building’s tech support helpdesk yet?
Man: Yes, I spoke with them yesterday. They assured me everything will be ready by Friday. They also mentioned they can help with network setup if we need it.
Woman: Oh, that’s a relief. I was concerned about potential downtime. Will our team need to do anything specific for the tech support helpdesk on our end?
Man: They just need to submit a ticket for any specific software needs before Wednesday. I’ve already sent out a memo about that. Let’s review the moving checklist again tomorrow morning.
