Man: Excuse me, Sarah. My laptop isn't working. Can you help?
Woman: Oh no! What seems to be the problem?
Man: I can't connect to the internet. It just keeps saying 'No connection'.
Woman: Hmm, let me see. Did you try restarting it?
Man: Yes, I did that twice already. It didn't help.
Woman: Okay. Maybe it's a network issue. I'll come over and take a look. By the way, did you hear about the new farmers market opening downtown this Saturday? They'll have fresh produce.
Man: That sounds nice. I hope you can fix my laptop soon. I have a big presentation tomorrow.
Woman: Don't worry. I'll try my best. Let's check the router first.
