Great news on the registration numbers! Emily is out today but I'll pass on the catering query to her first thing tomorrow morning. She should be able to finalize that quickly.
Regarding the sessions, I've drafted a potential room allocation based on the presentation themes. I'll send it over for your review by noon today. We should definitely prioritize confirming the AV equipment for each room, especially the larger ones.
As for the on-site payment system, yes, the mobile POS terminals have been ordered and are scheduled for delivery by Monday. We'll conduct a test run on Tuesday morning before the conference officially kicks off. I'll send you the confirmation details once it's live.
