Man: That's an interesting idea. It might streamline our campaign launches. However, we need to consider the impact on project management. Someone will need to oversee the integrated workflow. Perhaps we could appoint a dedicated project lead?
Woman A: Good point. And regarding the junior staff, I think some cross-training would be beneficial. It could improve overall team flexibility.
Man: I agree. We also need to finalize the budget for these changes, including any potential relocation costs or necessary software upgrades. Speaking of which, have you managed to sort out the outstanding utility bill payment for the third quarter? It’s crucial we stay on top of operational expenses before implementing structural changes. We wouldn't want any administrative hiccups during the transition.
Woman A: Yes, that was taken care of yesterday. The payment has been processed. So, focusing back on the reorganization, maybe we can hold a wider team meeting next week to present these initial ideas and gather feedback?
