Man: Hello, Sarah. Thanks for calling.
Woman: Hi, Mark. I wanted to follow up on the quarterly sales report we discussed last week. Did you get a chance to review my notes?
Man: Yes, I did. I have a few questions about the projections for the third quarter. They seem a bit lower than expected.
Woman: I understand. I based those projections on the data from the first half of the year. We saw a slight dip in May.
Man: Right. Perhaps we should schedule a brief meeting to go over the details? We need to finalize the report by Friday.
Woman: That sounds like a good idea. Are you available tomorrow afternoon?
