Woman: Oh, hi Ben. Yes, I have the draft here. We're generally happy with the terms, but we were hoping for a slight reduction in the monthly retainer fee. We've been loyal clients for five years now.
Man: I understand. We value your business, Sarah. However, our costs have increased significantly this past year due to supply chain issues. We can't offer a reduction, but perhaps we can include an additional support hour per week at the current rate?
Woman: An extra hour per week… that’s something to consider. What about the expedited processing for our urgent orders? Can that be guaranteed even with the increased costs?
Man: Absolutely. Expedited processing is a priority. We understand how critical that is, especially when managing things like pharmacy prescription pickup schedules. We can definitely maintain that service level.
Woman: Okay, that’s reassuring. Let me discuss the extra hour with my team and I’ll get back to you by the end of the day. We appreciate you being flexible.
