Woman 1: Hi Ben, do you have a moment? I wanted to discuss the upcoming holiday party.
Man: Of course, Sarah. What's on your mind?
Woman 1: I was thinking about the venue. Have you had a chance to check if the Riverfront Ballroom is still available for December 15th?
Man: Yes, I called them this morning. Fortunately, it is available. It's quite a popular spot this time of year.
Woman 1: Oh, that's a relief! I was worried it might be booked. We'll need to confirm the booking soon.
Man: Agreed. I'll send over the deposit request. Also, have you thought about the catering? We need to finalize that by next week.
Woman 1: I've got a couple of proposals. I'll forward them to you. Oh, and remember, we also need to schedule that mandatory cybersecurity training for the new hires before the end of the year. Can you remind HR?
Man: Right, I'll add that to my to-do list. I'll send an email to HR this afternoon.
