TOEIC Listening Part 3 — စာပိုဒ်

စာပိုဒ်

Man: Good morning, Ms. Albright. I trust you've had a chance to review the revised proposal for the upcoming quarter.
Woman: Good morning, Mr. Kim. Yes, I have. We appreciate the prompt adjustments, but there are still a few points regarding the payment structure that concern us.
Man: I understand. We've tried to be as flexible as possible to accommodate your feedback. Could you elaborate on the specific clauses you find problematic?
Woman: Certainly. The proposed 10% upfront payment for orders exceeding 50,000 units is a bit steep for our current cash flow. We were hoping for something closer to 5%.
Man: I see. While 5% is a significant reduction, let me discuss this with our finance department. Perhaps we can offer a tiered structure, or extend the net payment terms for the remaining balance. Our goal is to secure this partnership.
Woman: That would be a constructive approach, Mr. Kim. We value our long-standing relationship and are keen to find a mutually beneficial agreement.
