Woman 1: Hi Mark, do you have a minute? I wanted to discuss the upcoming team reorganization.
Man: Sure, Sarah. What’s on your mind?
Woman 1: Well, with the new projects starting, management thinks we need to restructure the teams for better efficiency. I'm not sure how it will affect our current workflow.
Man: I see. I heard some rumors about that. Do we know who will be moving to which team?
Woman 1: Not yet officially, but I think they're aiming to finalize the plans by the end of next week. They also mentioned something about needing staff to help with the upcoming farmers market opening event next Saturday. It seems like a lot is happening at once.
Man: A farmers market opening? That sounds interesting, but I agree, the reorganization is the bigger immediate concern. Let's hope the changes are for the better.
