Sarah: Maria has a point. We need to factor that in. John, can you adjust the schedule to reflect that? Perhaps pushing the development completion date back slightly?
John: I can try. It might impact the initial resource allocation, though. I'll need to review that section.
Maria: While we're discussing schedules, I also need to book my annual health checkup appointment. Does anyone know if Dr. Evans's office has openings next Friday afternoon?
Sarah: I'm not sure about Dr. Evans, but my clinic has some slots available. I can send you the details if you're interested. We should probably finish this project discussion first, though.
John: Agreed. Let's focus here. I'll rework the schedule and circulate it by end of day. We can address any further concerns in our follow-up meeting.
