Man: You're right. The audio is choppy, and the camera keeps freezing. It's making our remote meetings very difficult.
Woman: I'll contact the IT department this afternoon. They should be able to send someone to assess the video conferencing setup and fix it.
Man: That sounds like a good plan. Let's also confirm the seating arrangement and the projector's functionality.
Woman: Will do. I'll make sure all the technical aspects of the room are ready for efficient collaboration.
