Man: Hi, this is Alex from Marketing. I'm having some persistent issues with my network connection.
Woman: Hello Alex, thanks for calling the tech support helpdesk. Can you describe the problem?
Man: Well, every time I arrive at the office and log in, my internet access drops after about ten minutes. I have to reconnect manually, and it keeps happening.
Woman: I see. Has this happened before, or is it a new issue?
Man: It started about two days ago. Before that, everything was perfectly fine. I suspect it might be related to the recent network update.
Woman: That's possible. Let me check your account details and the network logs. Could you confirm your employee ID?
Man: It's MKTG4589.
Woman: Thank you. I'm seeing some unusual activity on your connection around the times you mentioned. We might need to send a technician to check your workstation and the local network port.
