Woman A: Liam, do you have a moment? I wanted to go over the timeline for the 'Synergy' project launch. We're getting quite close.
Man (Liam): Absolutely, Sarah. I was just reviewing the marketing materials. Have we confirmed the distribution channels yet?
Woman A: Not entirely. We're still waiting on the final confirmation from the international team. Speaking of international, did you manage to sort out your travel documents for the Tokyo conference?
Man (Liam): Almost. I've submitted the application, but the passport renewal process seems to be taking longer than usual. I'm hoping it comes through by next week.
Woman A: Oh, I know! Mine took ages last time. Anyway, back to Synergy – once we have distribution sorted, we need to finalize the launch event details. I was thinking a press conference followed by a demo session.
Man (Liam): That sounds good. I'll coordinate with the PR team to secure a venue and send out invitations. Let's aim to have everything confirmed by Friday.
