Good morning, everyone, and welcome! We're so glad to have all of you join us today for our new employee orientation. My name is Sarah Chen, and I'm the HR Manager here at Innovate Solutions. This session is designed to help you get acquainted with our company culture, key policies, and the resources available to you. We'll cover everything from our mission and values to important operational guidelines.
We'll also briefly touch upon some logistical updates. As you may have noticed, we're preparing for a significant office renovation project set to begin next month. We understand this might cause some temporary disruptions, and we’ll provide details on how we plan to manage this smoothly, including temporary workspace arrangements.
