Woman 1: Hi Mark, do you have any ideas for our company's holiday party this year?
Man 1: I was thinking we could have it at the Grand Hotel downtown. It’s a nice venue.
Woman 1: That sounds good, but maybe a bit expensive. What about something more casual? Like a catered lunch?
Man 1: Hmm, a catered lunch could work. We also need to decide on a date. How about the second Friday in December?
Woman 2: Actually, I heard the downtown area is having a special farmers market opening that same weekend. It might be too crowded.
Woman 1: Oh, good point, Sarah. Let’s aim for the first Friday then. It gives us more time for planning too.
Man 1: Okay, first Friday it is. I'll look into some catering options near the office.
