4.3 Facilities Management - Parking Lot:
Our company provides a dedicated parking lot for employees. To ensure its optimal condition and safety for all users, the following guidelines apply:

- Speed Limit: Adhere strictly to the posted speed limit of 10 km/h within the parking lot to prevent accidents.
- Parking Assignments: Utilize designated parking spaces only. Reserved spots are for authorized personnel.
- Debris and Waste: Do not leave any trash, litter, or personal belongings in the parking lot or common areas. Dispose of all waste properly in the designated receptacles.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Report any noticeable damage, such as potholes, faded line markings, or malfunctioning lighting, to the Facilities Department immediately by submitting a maintenance request form available at the reception desk or via the company intranet.
- Vehicle Condition: Vehicles must be in safe operating condition. Leaking fluids or other hazards should be addressed promptly.

Adherence to these guidelines is crucial for the safety and usability of our facilities, particularly our parking lot. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, up to and including the suspension of parking privileges.
