Man: Hi Sarah, I wanted to chat about the upcoming holiday party. Have you made any progress on the decorations?
Woman: Hi Mark. Yes, I've been looking into some ideas. I was thinking a winter wonderland theme, maybe with some subtle nods to our recent mobile app development project?
Man: Ooh, I like that. How about the catering? Did you get a quote from 'Gourmet Bites'?
Woman: I did. It’s a bit higher than we initially budgeted, but they do have excellent reviews. I told them we'd decide by Friday.
Man: Okay. And what about the entertainment? Did Alex confirm if the jazz trio is available?
Woman: Not yet, he mentioned he was having trouble reaching them. I'll follow up with him this afternoon. I also need to finalize the invitation design. I was planning to send it out by next Wednesday.
