Woman: Oh, hi Mark! Yes, absolutely. I've been reviewing their proposals. They seem quite professional, but their pricing is a bit higher than we initially budgeted for.
Man: I noticed that too. It's a significant consideration, especially with the current push to streamline our spending following the e-commerce platform migration. We need to ensure we're being as cost-effective as possible.
Woman: Exactly. Did you happen to review the alternative vendor they suggested? "Festive Affairs Professional"? Their portfolio looks solid, though perhaps less flashy.
Man: I glanced at it. Their package seems more aligned with our budget. I'm wondering if we should perhaps schedule a brief call with both agencies to clarify deliverables and negotiate.
Woman: That’s a sensible approach. I can coordinate that. Should I aim for sometime next week, maybe Tuesday or Wednesday?
Man: Let's aim for Tuesday afternoon, if possible. That should give us enough time before we need to make a final decision.
