Man 1 (Ben): Sure, Sarah. What’s on your mind? I was just looking over the new gym class schedule they sent out.
Woman 1 (Sarah): Oh, right. Well, first, I think we need to confirm the catering. I’ve got quotes from two places. Giovanni’s is a bit pricier but has more options, while The Bistro is more budget-friendly.
Man 1 (Ben): Hmm, budget-friendly sounds good, but let’s ensure the quality is there. What about the entertainment? Did we decide on the DJ or the live band?
Woman 1 (Sarah): The band is available, but their fee is quite substantial. The DJ is much cheaper and comes highly recommended by the marketing team.
Man 1 (Ben): Let’s go with the DJ then. Saves money, and we can put that towards better decorations. Speaking of which, have you ordered the tablecloths and centerpieces?
Woman 1 (Sarah): Not yet. I was hoping you could handle that? You have a better eye for design. Just make sure they fit the sophisticated yet festive theme we discussed.
Man 1 (Ben): Absolutely. I’ll get on that this afternoon. So, catering: The Bistro. Entertainment: DJ. Decorations: leaving it to me. Anything else?
Woman 1 (Sarah): Just the final headcount. We need to send that to the caterer by Friday. Remind everyone to RSVP by Thursday evening, please.
