Woman: Oh, yes. That might affect our planning. We need to ensure all data is backed up before the downtime. Will this impact the network access for our team?
Man: The notice said there will be limited access on Saturday. We should probably schedule our reorganization meeting for Friday afternoon or early Monday morning.
Woman: Good point. Let's aim for Friday then. I'll send out a meeting invitation. I hope the system upgrade goes smoothly.
