Man: Hi Sarah, do you have a minute? I wanted to talk about the upcoming office relocation.
Woman: Sure, John. What's on your mind?
Man: Well, the new location is great, but I'm a little concerned about the size. It seems smaller than our current space.
Woman: I understand your concern. However, the layout is much more efficient, and we'll have more meeting rooms available. We also need to consider the new shared workspace policy.
Man: That's true. And what about the booking system for the conference rooms? Is that all set up?
Woman: Yes, the IT team finished setting it up yesterday. You can access it through the company portal. Just make sure to book in advance, especially for the larger rooms.
Man: Okay, good to know. I'm looking forward to the move next month.
