Woman 1: Hi Mark, do you have a minute? I wanted to talk about the upcoming holiday party.
Man: Oh, yes. What are your ideas? I was thinking about the venue first.
Woman 1: Me too. I found a nice place downtown, but it might be a bit expensive. We also need to decide on the catering. Should we go with buffet or a sit-down dinner?
Man: A buffet might be more casual and easier for people to mingle. Remember, we also need to invite our key clients. This is a good chance to strengthen our relationship after the recent client contract negotiation went so well.
Woman 1: That's a great point. So, buffet style. What about the date? Should it be a Friday or Saturday evening?
Man: Let's aim for Friday, December 15th. It’s usually easier for people to relax before the weekend. I'll check the venue availability for that date. We should also think about a theme.
