Consequently, the projected completion date for Phase 2 will be shifted from November 10th to November 24th. We will convene a brief virtual meeting tomorrow at 10:00 AM EST to discuss revised timelines and any potential mitigation strategies. Please review the attached revised project timeline prior to the meeting.

Hi Michael,

Thanks for the update. While the delay is certainly unwelcome news, I appreciate the proactive communication. I'll make sure my team adjusts their sprint planning accordingly. Could you confirm if the revised timeline for Phase 3 and subsequent phases will also be impacted, or is this delay strictly limited to Phase 2?

Also, regarding the attached timeline, it seems the file is corrupted or not properly attached. Would you mind re-sending it?

Apologies for the oversight with the attachment. I've re-sent the updated timeline in a separate email shortly. To answer your other question, yes, the delay in Phase 2 will inevitably push back the start and completion dates for Phase 3 and all subsequent project stages. We'll discuss the full implications and adjusted dates for those phases in tomorrow's meeting.
