Regarding the Tokyo presentation, we'll need to postpone it. The client is amenable to rescheduling, but it does complicate their team's availability, impacting the carefully coordinated business trip itinerary. We are looking into assigning a temporary resource to cover for Mark, but it's unlikely they can ramp up in time to prevent *some* delay. We're exploring all options to mitigate the impact, including reallocating tasks among the existing team members and potentially bringing in external support, though the latter has its own onboarding lead time. A revised project plan, including the impact on the itinerary, will be circulated by tomorrow EOD.
