Good morning, commuters. This is your morning traffic update for Tuesday, October 26th. We're seeing significant delays on the 405 northbound approaching the Maple Street exit due to an overturned truck blocking two lanes. Expect this to add at least 30 minutes to your commute through that area. Elsewhere, traffic is moving smoothly. However, please note that as of Monday, all construction on the main office building's west wing has been completed ahead of schedule. This means parking lot C, near the west entrance, is now fully open. We appreciate your patience during the office renovation notice period and are glad to have this phase behind us.
