Man: Yes, I have. They've provided a comprehensive plan. The main reason we're moving is that the new location offers much better accessibility. It's right between the main train station and the central subway line, which will be incredibly convenient for clients and staff alike.
Woman: That’s a relief. Our current spot is quite difficult to get to. Did you mention anything about the new office's capacity for future expansion?
Man: Absolutely. The new space is significantly larger, almost double the size, and it's designed with flexibility in mind. We'll have ample room for at least another twenty employees. Also, I was thinking, since we'll have more space, we could host our annual international conference registration event there.
Woman: That's a fantastic idea! The larger conference rooms would be perfect. It might even be worth considering if we can offer it as a venue for other related industry events. We need to make sure all the international conference registration details are sorted out promptly once we're settled.
