TOEIC Nghe Phần 3 — Đoạn văn
Đoạn văn
Man 1: So, we need to finalize the team reorganization by the end of the week. I was thinking of moving Sarah to lead the analytics division.
Woman: I'm not sure about that. Sarah mentioned she's finding the current project management role quite challenging and might not be the best fit for a leadership position right now. Her English visa is also up for renewal soon, and she's worried about the passport renewal process affecting her work schedule.
Man 1: That's a fair point. Perhaps we could consider David for the analytics lead? He has a strong background in data analysis.
Man 2: I agree. David would be a great asset. However, I also think consolidating the marketing and communications teams under one manager might streamline our efforts. We could put Maria in charge of that.
Woman: Maria has excellent communication skills, but she's also expressed interest in international project management. Maybe she could oversee both, but with a deputy for the day-to-day in communications? This way, she can also prepare better for her upcoming business trip to Japan which requires her passport!
Man 1: Let's schedule a follow-up meeting for tomorrow to discuss these alternatives further. We need to make sure everyone is placed appropriately.
