Man: Hi Sarah, I'm having some trouble with my computer. It's running incredibly slowly, and the internet keeps cutting out.
Woman: Oh, that's frustrating. Have you tried restarting it?
Man: Yes, multiple times. I even cleared the cache, but the problem persists. I suspect it might be a network issue on our floor.
Woman: I see. Let me check the router status from my end. While I do that, could you perhaps try connecting via the guest Wi-Fi to see if that makes a difference? It might help us isolate the problem.
Man: Good idea. One moment... Hmm, it seems a bit more stable on the guest network, but still not ideal. Maybe it is the main network.
Woman: Okay, I've confirmed the main router for our floor is showing some packet loss. I'll need to log a support ticket to have it investigated. This might take a while though.
Man: Alright. In the meantime, I need to finish this presentation. Do you think I could possibly borrow your laptop for a bit? I have an important health checkup appointment this afternoon and need to finalize before I leave.
Woman: Of course, just make sure to save everything to the cloud first. I’ll put in that support ticket right away.
