Man: Sure, Sarah. Come in. I've been thinking about it too. We need clearer roles, especially with the new project kicking off.
Woman 1: Exactly. I was thinking we could split the current team into two – one focused on product development and the other on client relations. What do you think?
Man: That makes sense. Who would lead each group?
Woman 1: I was hoping you'd consider leading product development. Your expertise there is invaluable. I could take on client relations.
Man: I appreciate that, Sarah. I'm happy to lead product development. How will this affect the sightseeing tour booking system we're implementing?
Woman 1: Good question. We'll need to assign someone to oversee that transition. Perhaps Alex could manage the system integration alongside his new role in client relations, at least initially.
Man: Okay, let's schedule a meeting with Alex and the rest of the team for early next week to finalize these changes and discuss resource allocation.
