200 questions in two hours: 100 listening, 100 reading, all multiple choice, no writing or speaking. Knowing this removes most of the anxiety.
Start with the easiest parts
Parts 1, 2, and 5 are the shortest and most predictable. Beginners who master these three alone usually clear 500.
First-month plan
Twenty words a day, ten Part 5 questions, and ten Part 2 questions. Add a mock test in week four to see where you stand.
