Woman: Oh, really? Let me pull up the latest figures. We might need to reallocate some funds from the print campaign. Did you see the updated cafeteria menu change proposal? They're considering adding more healthy options.
Man: Not yet, but I'll take a look later. About the budget, could we possibly trim down the event catering costs? The InnovateX launch needs to be prioritized.
Woman: I agree. Let's review all the line items together this afternoon. I'll send you a meeting invite. We should aim to have the final figures by end of day.
