TOEIC Listening Part 3 — Bacaan

Woman 1: We're getting closer to the holiday party date, but a few things are still up in the air. Have you finalized the catering numbers?
Man: Almost. I've been wrestling with the budget spreadsheet all morning, trying to reconcile the projected costs with our actual spending. I could use another pair of eyes on it.
Woman 1: I can help with that after I follow up on the venue confirmation. Did you manage to get those new decorations approved?
Man: Yes, the committee signed off yesterday. Speaking of approvals, I also need to get the final guest count to the caterer by Friday. We're still waiting on a few RSVPs, especially from the international team. Their email system is a bit tricky, almost as cumbersome as trying to get a library membership renewal sorted during peak hours.
Woman 2: Oh, I can chase those RSVPs! I have their contact list. And I can help with the budget spreadsheet too, if you like. I'm quite good at spotting discrepancies.
