Woman A: Hi Mark, do you have a moment? I wanted to finalize some details for the company holiday party.
Man: Sure, Sarah. What’s on your mind?
Woman A: Well, I've narrowed down the venue options to the Grand Oak Hotel. Their ballroom looks perfect, and they offer catering packages.
Man: The Grand Oak? That sounds promising. Have you checked availability for December 15th?
Woman A: Yes, they have availability. I actually just received their hotel reservation confirmation email this morning for a block of 20 rooms, just in case some people need to stay overnight after the party. We discussed the deposit for the ballroom, too.
Man: Excellent. So, we're set with the venue and accommodation block. What about the entertainment?
Woman A: I contacted that jazz trio you liked, 'The Cool Cats'. They're available and quoted us a reasonable price. I think we should book them before someone else does.
Man: Great idea. Let’s go with the Grand Oak ballroom, 'The Cool Cats', and confirm the room block. Can you handle the final booking for the band?
Woman A: Absolutely. I'll get that done this afternoon.
