Man: Exactly. My proposal is to move David from marketing to the new project management team. He has strong organizational skills.
Woman: That makes sense. He’s very detail-oriented. What about Lisa? Should she stay in sales or move to a support role?
Man: Let’s keep her in sales for now. We need her experience there, especially with the upcoming product launch. We can re-evaluate after the first phase.
Woman: Okay. So, David moves to project management, and Lisa stays in sales. I’ll update the organizational chart. We should also discuss this with the team next week.
