Man: I was reviewing the timeline, and it seems quite compressed. Are we sure about the moving date? It feels aggressive.
Woman: I understand your concern. The management is keen to finalize the move by the end of next quarter. We've confirmed the new building's availability, and the contractors are on schedule. We just need to finalize the logistics for the actual move.
Man: Right. Have we arranged for the IT department to handle the C-suite equipment first? Their setup is quite complex.
Woman: Absolutely. IT is prioritized. They'll be the first ones to be moved and set up in the new space. By the way, did you see the internal memo about the revised boarding gate for the upcoming company retreat flight? It looks like there's been a slight change. We should probably remind everyone.
