Woman: Yes, I have, but it didn't change anything. The power light is on, but the display remains black. Man: Hmm, that is strange. Let me check your user account remotely. Sometimes there are login issues, especially with the network upgrades we're doing. Woman: Oh, right. Did you see the office renovation notice about the construction starting next week on the third floor? I hope this isn't related. Man: No, this sounds like a hardware issue. I'm going to send a technician to your desk. They should be there in about 15 minutes to take a look.
