Man: Hi IT support, this is Mark from Accounting. I can't print anything.
Woman: Okay, Mark. Can you tell me what the printer screen says?
Man: It says "Printer Offline". I've tried restarting my computer, but it didn't help.
Woman: Let me check from here. Ah, it looks like the network cable was accidentally unplugged.
Man: Really? I didn't even know we were getting company merger news today. That might be why things are a bit chaotic.
Woman: It's possible. I'll send a remote command to reconnect it now. You should be able to print in a minute.
Man: Thanks so much!
