Woman: Yes, I have. Several times, actually. It connects briefly after a reboot, but then it drops again. It’s almost like a faulty car rental agreement where the terms keep changing.
Man: That's an unusual symptom. Let me check your network settings remotely. Could you confirm your employee ID for verification?
Woman: Sure, it's S-4578. I've got a deadline for the marketing proposal, so I really need this fixed soon. The submission process requires network access.
Man: I see. Okay, I'm accessing your system now. It looks like there might be an IP address conflict. I'll try to reconfigure that for you. Please bear with me for a moment.
Woman: No problem, take your time. Just let me know if you need anything else from my end.
