When preparing for internal meetings, such as those discussing the weekly project status or planning future initiatives, it is essential to come prepared. This involves reviewing the preliminary meeting agenda in advance, formulating pertinent questions, and contributing thoughtfully to the discussion. A well-structured meeting agenda discussion ensures that all participants are aligned and that time is used efficiently. Please ensure all contributions to discussions, whether in person or via digital platforms, are professional and conducive to a positive outcome.

Instances of unprofessional conduct or policy violations will be addressed promptly and may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Specific details regarding grievance procedures and disciplinary actions can be found in Section 8 of this handbook.
